As of February 1, 2023 we are at the above address.
We are located in a large multi-suite building- the same one as the Urgent Care- we are directly above them.
The building is in between Duchess (south side) and Dunkin' Donuts (north side).
We are on the second floor and there is an elevator and stairwell on the south side of the building.
Once in the building, we are midway down the hallway on the left- look for the blue sign above the door for Creative Healing Services.
